1 General Terms

bed33 is a platform that provides online betting and casino services. These terms apply to users in Bangladesh and will be treated as a binding legal agreement.

In these terms, "user", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on or using the bed33 platform. "Platform", "site", or "bed33" refers to the website https://bed33.lat and all services connected to it.

• bed33 reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
• Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use the bed33 platform:

• The user must be at least 21 years old — this is a strict requirement.
• All information provided at the time of account registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each user may operate only one personal account.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, address, or IP address is prohibited.

3 Account Registration & Security

When creating an account on bed33, users must provide accurate personal information. Providing any false or misleading information will be considered a serious breach of these terms.

• Only one account per user is permitted.
• Keeping login credentials (username and password) confidential is entirely the user's responsibility.
• Transferring or selling an account to another person is prohibited.
• If unauthorized access is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.
• The user is responsible for all activity carried out from their account.

Contact information provided in the account must be kept up to date at all times. bed33 will communicate with users via email or live chat when needed.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

bed33 follows an identity verification process to provide a safe and trustworthy service. Users may be asked to provide the following documents at any time:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of ownership of a mobile banking account.
• Bank account statement (where applicable).

5 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawal requests are only approved to the payment method registered on the account.
• It is recommended that the deposit and withdrawal methods be the same.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

For any suspicious transaction, bed33 may request additional verification and reserves the right to temporarily suspend the transaction if necessary.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers from bed33 are subject to the following general terms:

• Accepting a bonus is optional — users may deposit without a bonus if they prefer.
• Welcome bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.
• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw bonus winnings, ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same person, household, or IP address is prohibited.
• Bonuses are only applicable to the person whose name matches the one on the account.
• The specific terms of the relevant promotion should be read before claiming any bonus.

7 Betting Rules & General Guidelines

All types of betting on bed33 — sports betting, casino games, live casino — are governed by the following general rules:

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• bed33 reserves the right to cancel a confirmed bet in the event of a technical error or incorrect odds.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors is strictly prohibited.
• Betting activity must always be conducted personally and from the user's own account.
• The final decision on any disputed bet rests with bed33, and that decision is considered final.

In the sports section — particularly cricket, football, and kabaddi — bed33's rules are final on all matters relating to markets and results.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bed33 platform, and if any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Money laundering or transactions connected to any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using someone else's account or sharing account credentials with others.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to place bets or play games.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or gain unauthorized access.
• Conducting activities intended to harm other users.
• Creating or operating an account using a false identity or forged documents.
• Betting activity connected to match-fixing or sports manipulation.

In the event of any of the above violations, bed33 reserves the right to disclose information to the relevant authorities.

9 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

bed33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any part of these terms.
• If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• If documents required for verification are not provided within the specified time.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In this case, the existing balance (excluding bonuses where wagering requirements have not been met) will be returned — subject to completion of the verification process.

10 Limitation of Liability

bed33 always works to maintain a safe and reliable platform. However, bed33 will not be held liable for the following:

• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Losses in games or bets due to internet disconnection or device issues.
• Issues related to third-party services (payment gateways, internet providers).
• Unexpected technical disruptions or force majeure situations.

bed33's maximum liability for any single incident will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.
